Bug: List of RIS flags in build.c is missing the NONE case.
Discovered in: AFKMud 1.7
Danger: Medium - Text based flag storage is thrown off.

build.c

Locate:
char *const ris_flags[] = {
   "fire", "cold", "electricity", "energy", "blunt", "pierce", "slash", "acid",
   "poison", "drain", "sleep", "charm", "hold", "nonmagic", "plus1", "plus2",
   "plus3", "plus4", "plus5", "plus6", "magic", "paralysis", "good", "evil", "hack",
   "lash", "r5", "r6", "r7", "r8", "r9", "r10"
};

Change to:
char *const ris_flags[] = {
   "NONE", "fire", "cold", "electricity", "energy", "blunt", "pierce", "slash", "acid",
   "poison", "drain", "sleep", "charm", "hold", "nonmagic", "plus1", "plus2",
   "plus3", "plus4", "plus5", "plus6", "magic", "paralysis", "good", "evil", "hack",
   "lash", "r5", "r6", "r7", "r8", "r9", "r10"
};

Due to the way the text based flag saving works, the words will be mismatched to the enum positions in the olc.h file which has a NONE spot in front of RIS_FIRE. This will lead to improper RIS checking and also some very confused players and imms alike.
