Bug: Hardcoded level value in do_flee
Discovered in: AFKMud 1.75
Danger: Low - Calculates an incorrect ratio spread
Found by: Samson

fight.c, do_flee

Locate:
int level_ratio = URANGE( 1, wf->level / ch->level, 50 );


Replace with:
int level_ratio = URANGE( 1, wf->level / ch->level, LEVEL_AVATAR );


A leftover hardcoded level check that got missed during the original sweep to remove them.
