Bug: Some configuration options are not sticking as intended
Discovered in: AFKMud 1.76a
Danger: Low - User annoyance when flags don't do what they should

mud.h

Locate:
#define MAX_PCFLAG 24

Change to:
#define MAX_PCFLAG 25

save.c, load_char_obj

Locate:
   ch->act = multimeb( PLR_BLANK, PLR_COMBINE, PLR_PROMPT, -1 );

Change to:
   xCLEAR_BITS( ch->act );
   SET_PLR_FLAG( ch, PLR_COMBINE );

The above errors affect setting the noquote, blank, and noprompt options via the config command. If a user changes the settings they will stick while their session remains open. Once they leave for any reason the flags will be reset back to the default settings even if this isn't what they wanted.
