Since i cannot have multiport on cygwin ive decided to stick to usin free BSD (version unknown) the problem i have is that i get errors when i try to make, the errors are in the make file and im pretty sure its coz my make is not gmake...now i downloaded GNU make which i thought was gmake and installed it, but i still get errors and if i use command "gmake" it says unknown command. any help please? (i have also recently downloaded GNU linux...will this be a better option?)
