It was brought to my attention that the /r option in the buffer editor failed to work all the time, so I changed a few things and it now works *more* correctly. Here are my fixes:

In the function edit_buffer in editor.c
find this:
if ( !str_cmp( word1, word2 ) )
     {
  send_to_char( "Done.\n\r> ", ch );
  return;
     }

and replace it with this:
/* Changed to a case-sensitive version of string compare --Cynshard */
     if ( !strcmp( word1, word2 ) )
     {
  	ch_printf( ch, "[Replace] %s and %s are the same word!\n\r> ", word1 , word2 );
  	return;
     }

Then find this:
for ( x = edit->on_line; x numlines; x++ )
     {

and replace it with this:
/* changed edit->on_line to 0 --Cynshard */
     for ( x = 0; x numlines; x++ )
     {

Enjoy!
