Oke, i gave it a long thought and..... i am gonna use afkmud
But my host is down for a year or something and i wanna try it on my lan.
So i installed cygwin and compiled SmaugFUSS just fine.
Then i tried to compile afkmud and BANG:

make -s afkmud Compiling o/i3.o....Assembler messages:FATAL: can't create o/i3.o: No such file or directorymake[1]: *** [o/i3.o] Error 2make: *** [all] Error 2

And yes, i did uncomment and comment the things in Makefile....
what can be wrong?

Big hint: Treat Cygwin just like Linux.

Bigger hint: Use tar to unpack from your Cygwin prompt.

Oh, and read the licensing while you're at it. Should be obvious what we're expecting from there.
