when I run ./startup
I get the following error:


limit: Command not found
limit: Command not found


I followed the instructions from http://www.smaugmuds.org/index.php?a=topic&t=4317
any ideas?

Ignore that, it's not an important warning. It just means Cygwin doesn't have a limit command.

Yea, what Samson said. After you see that just try to connect to your mud using 127.0.0.1 on what ever port your are using.

Thx, yeah I wound up commenting out the limit commands to see if it would still run correctly or not. Just fine now.
