I fixed some bugs I found and will post more into this thread if I find any and am able to fix them.

0001-Fix-bestowarea-victim-area.are.patch
This fixes a bug that rendered bestowarea unusable. It might not be the best fix as it doesn't allow area file names with spaces in them and makes the while loop somewhat unnecessary, though.

0002-Fix-editor-crash.patch
First fix for the editor code used to edit multi-line texts such as room descriptions.

0003-Fix-crash-in-olc-editor.patch
Second part of the fix. This is a separate patch because it took me some time to fix that. This and the one before are triggered by the destructor of std::string.

0004-Fix-typo.patch
Just a little 1-char typo, not that important.
