So, I got bored, and since the wife wanted a Star Wars Mud I'd been playing with one, which made me realize how out of date some of the features of SWFotE FUSS were. So.

Updated the Color code to the latest version.
Converted Areas to use the SmaugFUSS KEY'd area format.
Installed the DNS Resolver Code from SmaugFUSS.
Broke up that huge ass loop in nanny() into smaller more manageable helper functions.
