I'm trying to omedit some mobs... i can change some values, like class and race, but not others, likes dam dice, dam bonus and so on.

why? they simply don't change... no errors

I saw in the log windows this:
i have 0 in dam bonus for a mob
i do a omedit
e
10
in the log window i saw:
Log DarkAngel: MOB(21101): Changed damplus to 0
but i wrote 10 !!!
if the mob has 100 damplus, and i do a "e" and "1" in the log there is
Log DarkAngel: MOB(21101): Changed damplus to 100

there is something wrong

Having just run a brief look at it, if you set the mob's act flags to include the proto flag (S then 31 or thereabouts), THEN do the damplus, it says it works. Why this does this, I'm not sure, since I don't think mset has the same problem.
