Alright, I figured I'd let everyone know what's currently going on.

Well, DavidHaley has volunteered to fix up a patch/diff for all the changes that will be applied to the Distro to fix it up for compliance with gcc 4.2+.
DavidHaley is also working on a little side project that will become an official branch of SmaugFUSS, and might even become the Official Release if there's enough of an interest in it. That would be SmaugFUSS 1.9 with Lua embedded to replace MudProgs. So, Many Thanks to David for his work to come. :)

Now, Myself. Well. I have probably the worst job of all. Over the next couple days/weeks, I'm going to be going through the stock distro and fixing the help files. Making sure they're all current, and adding any missing ones.
Also, I'm sorting through my large collection of areas, and I'll be uploading some to the Files section as I find them. I'll try and mix it up, and have some in all three formats (1.4a, FUSS 1.6, and FUSS 1.8+) up for grabs. I hope to have sorted through my entire collection and uploaded all the ones I have by at least the end of June.

For those wondering why it might take so long.. Couple sets of stats:

# of area files currently on my HD: 162 Files in 7 Folders.
# of area files on MUD Resources disk 1: 434 files, in 9 folders.
# of area files on MUD Resources disk 2: 653 files, in 10 folders.

Now, bear in mind, some of those are doubles, and there are some Circle, ROM, and I think maybe even some areas from a past project of mine that will never load on anything else... But yeah, As you can see I have a _LOT_ to sift through. :)

On the note of helpfiles though, if anyone is aware of any that are screwed up in the stock distro, or know of any that are missing, please, let me know.
