I'm sure that I've overlooked this somewhere, so I apologize if this question has been answered a million times.
I can't seem to find a way to link to the overland map without the 'standard' area map displaying an extra room.
Is there a way to hide the exit that you create so that you don't have an extra room showing on your area map?
I can't think of a way to explain it any better right now, so hopefully somebody knows what I mean. :)

EDIT: Never mind, I found the answer right after I posted. Didn't see a way to delete my post. Thanks!

Assuming you're talking about the in-room minimap here, the only way to stop that would be to modify the minimap code to not display anything past an overland exit flag. The logic should be similar to how it won't process information past a closed door.
