Bug: Mob reset fix was missing a crucial step
Danger: Medium - Mobs will almost certainly fail to reset at all. Leaving the world an empty place.

letter = UPPER( letter );
pReset = make_reset( letter, extra, arg1, arg2, arg3 );
Below that, add:
pReset->sreset = TRUE;
Without this one little line of code, there's going to be very few if any mobs actually loaded into the game when it first reboots, and apparently not even after subsequent reset cycles. An empty world is a boring place.
