Bug: Reserved name list does not clear at game shutdown
Danger: Trivial - Will only affect memory debugging.

act_wiz.c

Locate:
RESERVE_DATA *first_reserved;
RESERVE_DATA *last_reserved;


Below that, add:
void free_reserve( RESERVE_DATA *res )
{
   UNLINK( res, first_reserved, last_reserved, next, prev );
   DISPOSE( res->name );
   DISPOSE( res );
}

void free_all_reserved( void )
{
   RESERVE_DATA *res, *res_next;

   for( res = first_reserved; res; res = res_next )
   {
      res_next = res->next;

      free_reserve( res );
   }
}


comm.c

Locate:
void free_councils( void );
void free_specfuns( void );


Below that, add:
void free_all_reserved( void );


comm.c, cleanup_memory

Locate:
   fprintf( stdout, "%s", "Project Data.\n" );
   free_projects(  );


Below that, add:
   fprintf( stdout, "%s", "Reserved Names.\n" );
   free_all_reserved();


Another aid in removing known allocations for people using Valgrind to debug with.
