Auction has a pointer to the object being auctioned, when the object is extracted it isn't handling the auction pointer which will lead to a crash (Might not crash till the end of the auction).

Auction also has index pointers to objects that have been recently auctioned (the auction history) and these aren't handled when an object is deleted from the mud.

I'll leave it up to who ever wants to post a fix for it for others. Personaly I made it stop the auction if the object was extracted and changed the history to use vnums instead of index pointers.
