Double Explosion Messages

Okay, I was reviewing and adding in all of the latest bugfixes and came across Halcyon's fix for "Explosion message spams one person over and over" I checked the latest fuss 1.3 and realized that (I am pretty sure at least) the messages are doubled. The guys at FotE seemed to handle the problem by using an echo_to_room and commenting out the act. So my fix to this trivial error would be that

in handler.c
function: room_explode_1
Find:
   echo_to_room( AT_WHITE, room, "The shockwave from a massive explosion rips through your body!" );
   for( rch = room->first_person; rch; rch = rnext )
   {
      rnext = rch->next_in_room;
      act( AT_WHITE, "The shockwave from a massive explosion rips through your body!", rch, obj, NULL, TO_CHAR );


and change to:

this
   for( rch = room->first_person; rch; rch = rnext )
   {
      rnext = rch->next_in_room;
      act( AT_WHITE, "The shockwave from a massive explosion rips through your body!", rch, obj, NULL, TO_CHAR );


or this:
   echo_to_room( AT_WHITE, room, "The shockwave from a massive explosion rips through your body!" );
   for( rch = room->first_person; rch; rch = rnext )
   {
      rnext = rch->next_in_room;


No biggie
