believe me xorith, i have changed more than one line of code *grin*
in fact, i have completely taken out limbo, replaced it with my own "backbone.are", added in overland, connectable Items, a whole array of new wiz commands. bleeding support, bandaging, replaced the deal where you actually hit the person, and you give 0 damage cause your Thac0 didnt reach their AC, so instead of saying you miss (where you technically hit) it gives a message like "your attack does not penetrate their armor". The list goes on and on, but it is FAR from being finished... i mean, what code is really "finished" anyway?
Also among all that i have "cleaned up" many files.. making my own xxxxx.c files like pcommands.c and moved all the player commands to that file, wizcommands.c and moved the wiz commands to that one.. and so on and so forth so that anyone who DOES use the code, newbie or not can find where certain things are kept alot easier.
I already have a DarkMUD 1.0 done, and my second version ready to be distributed.. but I'm going to wait till the game is actually up (hopefully sometime in June) Then I wouldn't mind releasing public versions (Tho, like ROD, I'm always going to be a version ahead of everyone else who uses it.)
Actually, my first release will probably just be the one with the overland support. (my Current one) as soon as i remove all the warnings so it looks nice and pretty when it compiles. *smirk*
