Just fixed a quick warning on the compile.

In comm.c, new_descriptor, I changed this:
size_t desc, size;


to be this (direct copy from Smaug FUSS):
   int desc;
#ifndef WIN32
   socklen_t size;
#else
   unsigned int size;
   unsigned long arg = 1;
#endif

I was getting invaild warning for the arguments of accept.

Debian always has to do things the hard way. There should not have been a reason for them to mess with the definition of a size_t
