Bug: Ships with no clan cause problems when the protype is made

This bugfix has been adapted from the SWFOTE 2.0 recode project.

ships.c, make_prototype_ship

Locate:
   ship->clanowner = STRALLOC( ship_prototypes[ship_type].clan );


Change to:
   if( !ship_prototypes[ship_type].clan || ( ship_prototypes[ship_type].clan[0] == '\0' ) )
      ship->clanowner = STRALLOC( "" );
   else
      ship->clanowner = STRALLOC( ship_prototypes[ship_type].clan );


A ship with no clan affiliation should obviously not be trying to set the clanowner to some potentially random bit of data. Doing such things often leads to crashes.
