Bug: Close call for ship saving in hotboot is in the wrong spot.
Danger: Low - File may not be open at the time
Found by: Gatz
Fixed by: Gatz

---

hotboot.c, save_world

Locate:
   if( shipfile )
   {
      SHIP_DATA *ship = NULL;

      for( ship = first_ship; ship; ship = ship->next )
      {
         write_ship( shipfp, ship );
      }
      fprintf( shipfp, "%s", "#END\n" );
   }
   FCLOSE( shipfp );

Replace with:
   if( shipfile )
   {
      SHIP_DATA *ship = NULL;

      for( ship = first_ship; ship; ship = ship->next )
      {
         write_ship( shipfp, ship );
      }
      fprintf( shipfp, "%s", "#END\n" );
      FCLOSE( shipfp );
   }

Placement of the FCLOSE for the shipfp pointer may or may not be important, but on the off chance the file isn't open and it decides to do something stupid, now it's prevented from doing it.
