Bug: Killing a level 0 NPC crashes the game.
Danger: Medium - Crash bug, requires deliberate setting to exist.
Found by: Joe Fabiano
Fixed by: Joe Fabiano

fight.c, check_killer

Locate:
    /*
     * NPC's are fair game.
     */
    if ( IS_NPC(victim) )
    {
	if ( !IS_NPC( ch ) )
	{
   int level_ratio;
   level_ratio = URANGE( 1, ch->level / victim->level, 50);

Change to:
    /*
     * NPC's are fair game.
     */
    if ( IS_NPC(victim) )
    {
	if ( !IS_NPC( ch ) )
	{
   int level_ratio;
        /* Fix for crashes when killing mobs of level 0
         * by Joe Fabiano -rinthos@yahoo.com
         * on 03-16-03.
         */
       if( victim->level < 1 )
           level_ratio = URANGE( 1, ch->level, MAX_LEVEL );
       else
           level_ratio = URANGE( 1, ch->level / victim->level, MAX_LEVEL );

This fix already exists on Joe Fabiano's bugfix list earlier in this thread, but for some reason it did not make it into the FUSS package. Also, in examining it, the fix did not take into account that not everyone uses 50 levels anymore and has been adjusted for this. It should also be noted that while this is a crash bug, it can only happen if someone deliberately sets a mob level to 0 - something the code will not do on its own.
