1.0, 1.0a, 1.0b, 1.0c, 1.0c1, 1.2, 1.2a, 1.2b, 1.2b, 1.25, 1.4, 1.4a, 1.4b, 1.4b1

Was talking to Orion today, which prompted me to skim around looking for how many version releases there have been. Good GOD! Who knew! Well, for archival/posterity reasons, I've decided to try and locate as many of the listed versions as possible. So if anyone has one - still in stock form - let me know eh? Would like to keep them on file like I should have done to start with

BTW, I've located a copy of 1.4, and Trax was kind enough to send me a copy of 1.25 he had laying about, and obviously I still have 1.4b1. But any other versions would be appreciated

Update: Found a copy of 1.2a buried on one of my servers

Well gimme some time to organise my files (like 24 hours) and I can give you 1.0, 1.0a, 1.0c1, and something I have tagged as 1-1-2002 which I dunno what the hell it is...

I may have one or two more kicking around, but I definately have those on a hard disk, am hunting any others I have on various hardware down

Heh. You have the 1-1-2002 version too eh? That was one of the beta versions of the code :P That would be cool to have too just for the fun of it.

These are the versions I have:

afkmud1.25.tar
afkmud1.2dp1.tar[1]
afkmud14.tar
afkmud14a.tar
afkmud14b1.tar

That is how they were named when I downloaded them. Let me know if you need one.

Thanks to Trax's efforts, I've now recovered the entire 1.0x series of code. Seems I used to include the patch files necessary to go from one version to the next back then, so even though nobody had the files available I was able to reconstruct them via the patches.

There is a curiosity with the 1.0c1 package though. For some reason it's 5x the size of the others, and this makes little sense. So far I've found nothing that could account for it, but hey. It's created a mystery for me to examine

So to recap, I'm still looking for copies of the following versions, PM me with a web address to download them from if you happen to have them:

1.2, 1.2b, 1.2d, 1.2dp1 ( didn't even know this existed! ), 1.4a, 1.4b ( yes, I know, this was recent. Go figure :P )

Have since been able to resonstruct 1.4a and 1.4b from patch files. So this only leaves the missing portions of the 1.2x series left to reacquire.

hahaha i guess i shoulda read the forums before. each time i add in the stuff i want, you come up with another version or patch. (naw not your fault, it is a timing thing.) this last time i just read the patch and put it in by hand. (whew) anyway i was looking at all the junk on my hdd and cleaned house yesterday. maybe 20 hours ago. i think i had a copy of everything from the first 1.2 on.. heh, i hope someone else can dig the ones you are missing up. i will go through the garage tomorrow looking for old backup cd's and see if i can find one with the stuff on it. no promises we just moved. but i will try. wow do i have bad timing.
