Bug: Items dropped in the map index rooms are visible at all coords
Danger: Low - Annoyance that can only be triggered by immortals.

overland.cpp, is_same_obj_map

Locate:
   if( !obj->extra_flags.test( ITEM_ONMAP ) )
      return true;


Change to:
   if( !obj->extra_flags.test( ITEM_ONMAP ) )
   {
      if( ch->has_pcflag( PCFLAG_ONMAP ) )
         return false;
      if( ch->has_actflag( ACT_ONMAP ) )
         return false;
      return true;
   }


This fixes the slightly annoying problem of someone doing "at 50000 drop <whatever>" and having it show up globally across the entire continent. It's a minor thing really. Something that can only be triggered by someone with access to the non-map room, which is almost certainly going to be the immortals. Even with this fix though, imms will still be able to see items dropped in this manner unless their holylight flag is off.
