comm.c, display_prompt

Locate:
   if( !IS_PCFLAG( ch, PCFLAG_HELPSTART ) )
      prompt = helpstart;


Change to:
   if( !IS_NPC(ch) && !IS_PCFLAG( ch, PCFLAG_HELPSTART ) )
      prompt = helpstart;


This is a side affect of not paying attention to the logic of the IS_PCFLAG macro and forgetting that you will often still need to pair it with an IS_NPC check even though it has one in the macro. Could be an indication the macro is flawed and needs to be fixed. But for now this check solves the minor problem.
