Just curious what the intention of these flags are. I can't find any code that actually makes use of them.

The flags: ROOM_CHAOTIC, ROOM_NEUTRAL, and ROOM_LAWFUL

Well, they appear to be unused. Most likely holdovers from stock code that have long since been forgotten. Might as well remove them. I think they were intended to be used to check the alignment of people entering/leaving the room or something. Can't be sure. Stock Smaug doesn't even seem to use it.
