Description
The following enhancements are what I am offering:
1) Additions to omedit and ooedit such that when you type
the command with no argument it automatically creates
the next highest vnum object or mob, and puts you in
the editor.

2) Buildwalk, at least what I think buildwalk should be
as I have never used Oasis OLC, and just made the command
based on what a builder who has before told me it did.
What is buildwalk? Its a config that allows builders who
are in an area to simply walk in a direction and the next
highest vnum room is created and the builder is taken to
the location.

Cleaned up some mistypes of returns \n\r to \r\n 12/26/08
It will probably work on any diku type code. Vladaar
