You can switch into a Linkdead player, then mud crashes.
Here is the core dump of it.

I'm still getting bugs with switch that crash the mud even trying to switch into a mob. I still haven't found the problem and I made all the bug fixes on the list.

Switch is generally unstable to begin with - it has to make an awful lot of assumptions about where things go. If you're having problems with mobs, go ahead and post the backtrace from any bug messages and any core dump info you might have.

As far as switching into linkdead players, that's a whole other ball game and is not among the best things to be doing. Doing so is not a supported activity we will attempt to troubleshoot.
