In shop.c in function do repairset. Repairset wasn't recognizing mob vnums or names to set the repairshop.
This is not an official fix just something I found and fixed myself.

   if( !( keeper = get_char_world( ch, arguement ) ) )
    {
	send_to_char( "Mobile not found.\r\n", ch );
	return;
    }


Should be:
   if( !( keeper = get_char_world( ch, arg1 ) ) )
    {
	send_to_char( "Mobile not found.\r\n", ch );
	return;
    }

Nice catch. Stuff like that is just... well... yeah. But hey, it's fixed now. And you even managed to find it before anyone had downloaded the new 1.7 code
