IIRC you will need to edit three files. build.c, finger.c, and mud.h

In finger.c find

char * const realm_string[] =
{

add whatever realms you want to that array.

Then in build.c

find the place in mset where "realm" is set and change

if( value 5 && IS_IMP( ch ) )

to

if( value [number of realms] && IS_IMP( ch ) )

where [number of realms] is a number equal to the number of realms

and in mud.h

find

/* Realm Globals */
/* --- Xorith -- */
#define REALM_NONE 0
#define REALM_BUILDER 1
#define REALM_CODER 2
#define REALM_HEAD_BUILDER 3
#define REALM_HEAD_CODER 4
#define REALM_IMP 5

add a

#define REALM_

That should help you out
