I have 1 room in the overland.. well when you teleport you go into that room every once in awhile.. I tried to noteleport the room.. then teleport doesn't work at all on the overland.. how would I be able to solve this problem?

Best approach is to modify the teleport spel to not land you in a ROOM_MAP flagged room. Noteleorting it obviosuly isn't the answer.
