Trying to compile latest source on RedHat machine I get the following errors. Any help deciphering this would be appreciated.

Looks like most of your problems is coming from that fact that you have no zlib.h library, which is needed to use mccp.

Also, in mccp.h, it looks like there may be an error on line 40. If you can paste the line here, and the surrounding line, we might be able to help.

As for the library, is it your own machine? Double check where the file is, it may be in a different directory than your standard libraries, or it may be that you don't have it an may need to update/upgrade your RH packages.

You need to install the zlib and zlib-devel packages. Once you do that, all of these errors will go away. They're all caused by zlib being missing.
