ok .. i installed your AFK codebase (latest version) can you tell me what this is and how to fix?

Your backtrace is incomplete. Best I can tell from what little you have there is that you're missing some directories. The only way this happens is when you unpack the archive onto a Windows machine. If you have Cygwin installed, the best thing to do is to log into your Cygwin shell and unpack it using the tar command instead of whatever you used to unpack it. That way the empty directories it needs will be created.

I took your advice, downloaded a fresh copy, and got this error when trying to untar

Terminal(Spock):>05:00:24>{~}$tar -xf afkmud160d.tgz

my bad... typo on my part -xzf is what i didn't do, its untar'd now lol
