smaugfuss 1.9.

Hello. I have some questions:

A) Authorize command does not work. How do you work?.
B) How to implement the system of quests?

That depends on what kind of quest system your wanting.

Auth:
The issue, that I can see, is that new players are not placed on the auth wait list for authorization. And, they cannot be auth'd, even if not on this list.

Quests:
There's no system for it that I can see--no command, no mpcommand. So, anything implemented would either be custom or ported in from a snippet--if there is one (I don't see on here on this site). Otherwise, you can simply use mprogs to make your quests, though you couldn't track them in any way--meaning all mprog's would be repeatable at any stage of the quest, if requirements like items and such are met.

Anyways, those are the issues I've found with both things listed.

Well in that case you need to turn on waitforauth it is a setting in cset i think. (Been ages since I messed with that haha)

I know that it doesn't come with a quest system installed, but I have seen a snippet around before for it.

Hmm oh well, open your sysdata.dat and look for
Waitforauth    0

Change the 0 to a 1 and save the file and hotboot/reboot and it will turn it on. Should be a way to turn it on in the game but dont feel like looking for it haha.

Yea it probably is for a different base.
