I know you're reading this. Because I know it's you posting the things I keep deleting. And you're going to stop. Because this is entirely unacceptable behavior for an adult. And you're making your entire country look bad. So you know, I actually had an Australian apologize to me for your behavior, and the way you make Australians look. And they begged me not to think that all Australians were like you. And it's sad. Sad that another of your countrymen, would feel the need to apologize on your behalf. Apologize for you making the rest of your country look bad.
Normally, people learn early on that it's entirely unhealthy to hold grudges. It eats away at you. Twists your soul and corrupts you to the point where you are little more than a seething beast of hatred. This isn't healthy. This isn't normal. And it's certainly not acceptable. You do the things you do because you think for whatever reason, that Cratylus is some kind of troll. And so you stoop to his level to prove it? How does posting copies of his posts on one site, on a completely different website prove anything? How does posting pictures of Hitler under the name of "Cratycunt" help your case? How? Exactly how does this make Crat a troll? You make random email accounts using his name and substituting the last three letters of his name with derogatory words.
cratydick@hotmail.com being your latest, greatest masterpiece. And you post random context-less copies of posts on various places and expect it to accomplish something? Seriously?
It sickens me to think, that I used to actually enjoy talking to you, Fury. I used to enjoy reading the things you would say on here, on IMC, on MudBytes. It sickens me to think that someone who used to have several good ideas could fall so far out of touch with reality, and sink so far into some immense, unfounded hatred of someone, because of something they said on the internet.
Really? Are you ####ing kidding me? It's the internet. There will always be trolls. There will always be assholes who say shit, simply to piss people off. This is how the internet works. It's this whole anonymity thing. It gets to people. I used to think Cratylus was a troll, too. I used to think he was the reason TMC is the way it is. And one day, I said to myself, "#### this. I'm not going to base my opinions of a person off the rumors, and perceptions of other people." And so I begged Odin to grant me the wisdom needed to overcome these preconceptions and actually got to know Crat. I spent a day in New York City with Cratylus, Davion, David Haley, and Zeno. We had lunch together, and then we had Dinner together. And we hung out and swapped stories, and horror stories, and we conversed like normal people. Without the anonymity of the internet. We shared meals and drinks together. And you know what I took out of that entire thing?
This is what I took out of it. The internet, and text in general, is a horrible medium for getting to know someone. Whatever your preconceived notions of someone are, unless you actually meet them, you really have no idea who that person is, and you should take everything they say with a grain of salt. And then there's you, Fury, you fall into an entire other category. You've let these preconceptions take over. You've let them rule you, to the point where you have little better to do, than try and ruin someone's internet reputation. And that... that disheartens me.
Cratylus has a real life. He has a real job. He has a wife, and children. The internet is a hobby for him. Like it is for most of us. And he tries to enjoy his hobby. But it's people like you, Fury, that make enjoying a hobby hard. Because you can't let go of the past. You cannot let go of your preconceived notions, and your hatreds, and your issues. And I pity you. Just like I pity anyone who allows the internet to rule their life. Just like I pity anyone who allows hatred to rule their life.
And here is where I'm really honest. The thought of people like that being in the world... People who generate a conception about someone without really knowing them, and then hating them for it, these are the people who make me afraid to bring a child into this world. They really are. So I'm going to lay aside my administrative privileges for a moment. The two accounts you currently have, InnocentVictim and Cratycunt, will remain locked and banned. But I invite you to make a real account, or even use your old account, which as far as I know is still around. I invite you to make an account, and converse with me like a normal person, like a civilized person, and not some hate-twisted beast bent on revenge on someone whom you've never even met.
I invite you, no, implore you. To talk to me. Be civil. And for the love of god, quit spamming my forums with inanity from other sites, please?
And I will ask Odin to grant you clarity, and wisdom in this, your time of need.
