Could somebody tell me how to add a sound into specified roomprog, or mobprog?
I know that Zmud and Afk support MSP, but I can't find any documents about how to add sound to area.

Ooooo...now that's a fun one. I didn't do all the setup on MSP so I'm not sure what all goes into setting up the directory, etc. Hopefully Samson will pop on here and read this ;) Once you have everything set up, it's as easy as dropping the sound in the sounds directory on the server and using one of the mpsound commands, but I don't know how universal that is. ;)

I believe...

!!MUSIC(wilderness.mid V=100 L=1 C=1 T=mud U=http://neomud.kyndig.com/sounds/wilderness.mid)

!!SOUND(drink.wav V=100 L=1 P=50 T=mud U=http://neomud.kyndig.com/sounds/drink.wav)

These were taken from the game when I turned on echo MSP triggers.

The buffer will limit the chars, but you can use MPECHO and MPECHOAT to trigger, but only if the player has enabled Allow Inline MSP.
