Bug: WeatherMessage ignores indoor flags.
Danger: Minor - Messages will be sent to indoor rooms when they shouldn't be.

Locate the WeatherMessage function, and change:
                  if( d->character && ( d->character->in_room->area == pArea ) &&  !NO_WEATHER_SECT( d->character->in_room->sector_type ) && IS_AWAKE( d->character ) )


To:
                  if( d->character && ( d->character->in_room->area == pArea ) && IS_OUTSIDE( d->character ) 
                      && !NO_WEATHER_SECT( d->character->in_room->sector_type ) && IS_AWAKE( d->character ) )


Only threat with this bug is that people might find it raining inside houses, or the academy if the sectortype isn't on the list to be ignored for weather.
