Bug: Weather messages ignore sector types and use only room flags
Danger: Low - You'll get unexpected weather messages but no harm is done.

Locate the WeatherMessage function and replace it as follows:
//Send a message to a player in the area, assuming they are outside, and awake.

   for( pArea = first_area; pArea; pArea = pArea->next )
