Bug: Grouped money items do not convert to gold properly when picked up
Danger: Medium - Player will only receive the value of one "pile" of gold instead of all of them.

act_obj.c, get_obj

Locate:
   if( obj->item_type == ITEM_MONEY )
   {
      ch->gold += obj->value[0];
      extract_obj( obj );
   }


Change to:
   if( obj->item_type == ITEM_MONEY )
   {
      ch->gold += obj->value[0] * obj->count;
      extract_obj( obj );
   }


If there happens to be a stack of money items, such that:

"You see a pile of gold. (5)"

When you "get all" only one gold pile will be credited. The other 4 will essentially vanish and not be counted. Adding the count multipler to the code will fix this and allow the player to be properly credited.
