in mud.h it has
#define LEVEL_HERO (MAX_LEVEL - 15)
that is the same as LEVEL_AVATAR
in do_commands (it is suppose to show all mortal commands) it does this
if( command->level < LEVEL_HERO
it has two spots that does that, mainly just means it wont show any command that is LEVEL_HERO when it should considering its the max mortal level.
It should be <= LEVEL_HERO or < LEVEL_IMMORTAL
In act_wiz.c in do_wizhelp it does this
if( cmd->level >= LEVEL_HERO && cmd->level <= get_trust( ch ) )
that one should be either >= LEVEL_IMMORTAL or > LEVEL_HERO since it should only show immortal commands.
