Bug: Hotbooted items don't retain their v4 or v5 values.
Danger: High - Object data corruption
Found by: Zeno

save.c, fread_obj

Locate and remove:
               /*
                * clean up some garbage
                */
               if( file_ver < 3 )
                  x5 = x6 = 0;

This seemingly harmless little check to clean up garbage is no longer useful for current pfiles. However, this check will cause any files which store item data to reload with incorrect information which can lead to objects suddenly not working the way they should. This is especially dangerous when dealing with hotboot since it will cause this corruption to carry over to items laying on the ground as well.
