Bug: The do_gwhere and do_gfighting commands don't recognize MAX_LEVEL.

In the do_gfighting and do_gwhere functions find:

    int low = 1, high = 65, count = 0;


Change it to:

    int low = 1, high = MAX_LEVEL, count = 0;


Then find:

    if ( low < 1 || high < low || low > high || high > 65 )


Change it to:

    if ( low < 1 || high < low || low > high || high > MAX_LEVEL )


That should fix them up. :)

This was posted here because it also affects the SMAUG codebase in addition to Chronicles.

Edit: Sorry, all, I was tired when I posted the fix and it never occurred to me to even look at stock SMAUG. Thanks to Samson for noticing my mistake. :)
