when I try to make it I get this error, wether or not I have the compile under cygwin commented out.

I am using windowsxp and cygwin.

make[1]: *** No rule to make target `/usr/lib/gcc/i386-redhat-linux/4.0.1/include/stdarg.h', needed by `o/imc.o'. Stop.

The makedepend enhancement was backed out, download a fresh copy and try again.
