That's the one from the modules directory, you can ignore it. The module support is more or less on hold until someone who knows how to get it working the way I'd like it to comes along and lends a hand. It actually shouldn't be complaining about that warning anyway. I never did figure out why it does.

BTW - Module compilation will now be disabled by default. Some day when someone figures out how to make it work properly we can turn it back on.
