The default colors for certain aspects of the game seem a little hard to read for me so i was thinking of changing them. Where in the code would i change the default color for say and the room name. I found in colors.h the defines but i dont understand the layout. I want to change the room name to yellow and the say to cyan or something. how would I go about that?

Moved here from the general coding forum since it deals with one of our snippets.

As for the question - you need to open up color.c and find the pc_displays array, where the names are defined. You want to change room names and say, so you'd look for "rmname" and "say", and count from the start of the array down to the one you want. Begin counting from 0. When you get to the one you want, go down to the default_set list and find the matching color value for the same number. Change that to whatever new color you want to have set by default. Yes, it can be a bit of a pain, but that's how it's done
