Bug: imclog function is not showing up for users.
Discovered in: AFKMud 1.64
Danger: Trivial - Missing display call
Found by: Zarius
Fixed by: Zarius

---

imc.c, imclog:

Locate:

   strtime = ctime( &imc_time );
   strtime[strlen(strtime)-1] = '';
   fprintf( stderr, "%s :: %s\n", strtime, buf2 );

Below that, add:

   to_channel( buf, "IMCLog", LEVEL_ADMIN );

This is more of an oversight rather than a true bug, but without this to_channel statement, AFKMud users on IMC2 would never see generated log messages
